- A team leader with at least two years of experience, particularly in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Must be focused on the details and have strong math abilities.
- Must communicate vocally and in writing to all organisational levels.
- The capacity to operate material handling equipment reliably and safely.
- Must be able to function both individually and in a group.
- Must be able to function well under pressure and in an atmosphere with severe deadlines.
- An asset is having completed grade 12 or the equivalent and having prior experience in a supervisory or lead-hand capacity in warehousing.
